Ken has worked in food and wine for over 20 years and has a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu. He has enjoyed putting his palate to work in so many different settings throughout his career. He worked for several years as a professional chocolatier, and also for various restaurants and businesses including Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas and GrapeVine Market, where he managed the gourmet deli in Round Rock and taught classes on pairing food with wine, whisky and beer. He has worked on the wholesale side of the business as a sales person for Virtuoso Selections and he is also WSET level 2 certified. He is honored to be a returning judge for Whiskies of the World.
