A native of Northern California, Daniel Burns arrived in San Francisco in the Summer of 2002 and quickly found his feet as a bartender in an Irish sports bar. He went on to contribute to the menus of some of the city's most renowned cocktail bars including Elixir, Laszlo and Foreign Cinema. He was named Bar Director for the Fiorella group in 2022 where his focus has been to marry the myriad flavors of local Northern California produce with Italian and local spirits
