Owner of QBB – Quality Bourbons & Barbecue, Jon Andino, has been in the food and beverage industry since 1999. He has worked from dishwasher to owner, diner to Michelin recommended and Iowa to California. His love for the industry has evolved through the years. He found his business partner drinking beers at The Rose and Crown in Palo Alto, gained his Tequila knowledge managing Reposado, learned about Italian wine working at Donato’s and refined his American Wine knowledge as the buyer and GM at Scratch. When they opened QBB in September of 2017, Jon took a deep dive into bourbon education. They now have over 160 different bourbons! Jon is always excited to learn more about whiskey and share his knowledge.
