Emily Boon started out as an International Culture and Arts scholar, traveling to Senegal, France, and South America to broaden her knowledge and experience, and improve her French and Spanish. With an eye for details, and the patience learned from meticulous work as a science research assistant, Emily was drawn to work in the hospitality industry as a place to bring all her skills together. She has been with Seven Grand Whiskey bar since its inception. Working there has allowed her passion for whisky and whisky education to blossom. She loves that whisky is an international icon of art and culture and that it brings people together for learning, experiencing, and above all, enjoying.
